Really should be ZERO stars. I haven't met a businessman with such poor communication and interpersonal skills. The owners website says decades of experience, and that may be the case. But maybe he's tired and not really interested in this line of work any more. I found him to be terribly unresponsive, arrogant, and disrespectful.
