Weird policies here , I am an owner here as well, had to pull teeth to get a second key!! They front desk only offered 1 key and asked me to come down in the morning At 8:30 am and sit through a meeting and get the rest of my keys, while she had a big stack on the desk, stupid policies causing low star reviews. Give the customers thier keys and stop these ridiculous policies . How are you going to offer a guest only 1 key.
