My friend and I both got Brazilian sugar waxes at Kona Waxing and Wellness, and it was such a great experience—especially for my friend, since it was her very first time! Jill was incredibly kind and welcoming. She helped ease my friend’s anxiety by chatting with us throughout the appointment, which really made the time go by smoothly.

She was very thorough, constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and was so gentle the whole time. I also really appreciated how quickly she got back to me when I reached out to schedule. On top of that, she even gave us great food recommendations and told us about the woman she learned sugaring from—who happens to be based in Kapolei, where we live.
