Best Gamestop. Location is perfect, being so close to Target and Walmart and the food court. While the Mall store is in the mall, parking is easier to find at this location. While smaller than some other locations, this store excels in their customer service.

All the employees are friendly and professional. I've seem them handle customers of all kinds, from the happy person to the more difficult ones and they treated them all with professionalism, many times going out of their way to help them. My own experiences with them have also been exemplary. They know their stuff, and don't push things on you. They have to ask, but in no way do you ever feel like they are a used car salesman trying to sell you rustproofing.

This store deserves your business. They have a well deserved Prestige badge which are reserved for the top Gamestop locations. Let them...

After waiting a long time to before being served I encountered extremely rude staff members with rudimentary product knowledge. The lady in the store had perticularly horrible personal skills. Poking her head out from under the desk to shoot snipey comments while I was dealing with younger gentlemen. When I returned to the store later the young guy was polite. But the attitude of the lady was more hostile. Turns out the product DID NOT do what they said it would like I had questioned the first time. I could go on. Let me begin by saying that the staff here is top-notch. They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I had been trying to find a PlayStation 5 for ages and they recommended me to Target, where I was finally able to buy one.

My one disappointment with this store is that when I last lived in Hilo (2014), they always let me know of up and coming games based on my interests and would ask me if I wanted preorders.

Now I have to ask about preorders, and while this is a problem almost everywhere, what I want is usually out of stock to the point where I now just order online most of the time.
