The parking lot was pleasantly level. Maybe a few degrees off at some points, but totally acceptable, I didn't feel it in my car as much as other parking lots.

What kind of equipment did they use to level it so well? Like did you guys use a Lute or was it done mechanically? Absolutely fantastic.

Speaking from a customer prospective: A solid mini-mall. Parking is non-metered, up off the street level. Clean lots, clean walking front, good lines, wide enough parking slots.

Good selection of stores, all or mostly local small business, near as I can tell. Worked with 2 stores in the line so far: Both were excellent...

A selection of specific stores; Cafe', Restaurant, furniture, bike rental, Hawaiian folk art & tools, Vet Center, computer repair and New Hope Legacy - Kona Church. Plenty of parking and across from Home Depot. Convenient and central location near Costco just off Queen Kam mauka at Hina Lani...
