Hawaii Titanium Rings is amazing! I bought my husband’s wedding ring from them 20 years ago because it was so unique and beautiful. Overtime, and maybe because of something he got on the surface of the ring, the wood had deteriorated. I emailed to see if I could pay to have the ring repaired. I was told that it had a lifetime guarantee. We sent it in and it came back looking just like new. You don’t find businesses who stand by their product anymore. I wholeheartedly endorse this company.

Hawaii Titanium Rings has been the best experience I’ve ever had with jewelry. They designed sentimental rings for my dad in the past and on a recent trip to the Big Island, they made two for my sister and I. They put such detail and care into ensuring I had just the right shade of black opal stone(I was being picky) and the perfect shape of flower. I can’t imagine I made it easy on them but they really came through to provide my DREAM ring!

Beautiful workmanship and great selection. If you want something in particular they will even make it for you. The customer service is the best. Carolyn greeted us and was a huge help finding the perfect ring for my husband to replace his wedding band. It is even perfectly engraved on site.

I’m absolutely blown away by the experience I had with Hawaii Titanium Rings, a family owned studio on the Big Island. After meeting Jerry and Carolyn in person, I was so impressed with their service and craftsmanship that I commissioned two custom rings.

What makes them so special is how they treat you like ohana. From start to finish, they welcomed me with warmth and care, making me feel less like a customer and more like part of their family. Each ring was handmade with incredible attention to detail, and the process was seamless.

Jerry’s artistry and Carolyn’s dedication shine through in everything they do. Hawaii Titanium Rings is truly a treasure, and I’m grateful for the beautiful keepsakes they created for me....

I purchased a titanium/koa wood ring from Hawaii Titanium Rings back in 2012. This ring was a replacement for a lost wedding ring and I loved the mix of metal and wood accents.

In late 2014 I had to have some hand surgery and my ring finger increased about a half ring size. I called Hawaii Titanium Rings to ask about having another ring made (the first ring was sturdy and always started conversations) and they reminded me that they will resize rings for a nominal fee.

I had forgotten about this great customer service so they could have taken advantage of me and charged me for a 100% new ring. Thank you for looking out for what will now be a lifelong customer who will sing your...

The folks at Hawaiian Titanium rings were fantastic. Spent a lot of time with us picking out our choices and were absolutely accommodating when we asked to change the opal in the rings to a brighter colour after we had received them. Turn around was quick and they kept in touch throughout. Highly recommend you check out their website or if you are lucky enough to visit Kona (also highly recommended), pop by their shop on the main road through town down along the ocean and take a look.
