Not that it matters but we spent over 17k at this store and the Maui ashley store in the last 6 mths. We wanted a matching coffee table to go with the end table we already had. All they had was a floor model. And we said we would take it, then they said we can't take it today because it is on the second level and they have no loaders and they wouldn't let us carry it ourselves. Then we go there to look at it and they did not even know we were in the store and had already looked at it. They were too busy reading bad reviews online to each other about their store out loud for customers to hear. I offered to buy it and pick it up tomorrow but they said their loaders were off tomorrow too. Three employees 'working' were standing around while we were there. They could have easily made a sale, and let us take it home. I expressed we only have the rental truck until tomorrow. They didnt care. (It was a light weight small coffee table that I could carry alone.)Then they said we had to wait till Wednesday. They gave us the ' I don't care and youre not important' attitude. This sucks because we bought another house that needs full furnishings but I will NEVER EVER shop here again. Katy (possibly katie) was the person that refused to help us. No offer of delivery either. If you do make the mistake of going here, ask for Christian. He helped us buy our furniture and was helpful in getting it...

COVID COMFY

Had in my mind what was needed for my one bedroom apartment. Took the advice of the HomeWorld Homepage on selecting furniture for Small Spaces. The advice I took to heart is color (well, blue is out (lol)) and just as or more importantly size (loveseat instead of couch).

Walked around the Kona showroom but, nothing met the criteria of what I recently learned. Expressed my concerns to the Home furnishings Consultant. He then directed me upstairs where they have clearance items.

Lo and Behold, a sectional with only two pieces (center and corner) from an original set. Now, my living room not only looks complete but, even more spacious. To my surprise upon picking it up is that they even threw-in a matching throw pillow, nice touch guys!

btw: "Home Furnishing Consultant" Steven Ward, struck me as a no pressure, personable, informative as he answered all my concerns and questions. And he just made me feel comfortable browsing.

Enjoyed the quality and variety of products, that was a plus. Sales rep who we worked with us, looked us up and down like we were in the wrong store. Worked with her anyway because my wife gets uncomfortable when I assert myself. Made a purchase on 5/13/21, still waiting on delivery, today is 11/8/21. Have not received one call regarding delivery since the purchase date and making a down payment of $815.00 Could have bought a sectional across the street at Costco’s the same day for less then that. Understand they has been back log in shipping and receiving across the nation, but not even one call to update me?
