We ordered the largest size pizza they have when we were about 30 minutes away from the restaurant. We were told it would take 40 minutes. When we arrived we had to wait another 40 minutes. When we got the pizza we let our 9 year old son eat the whole thing. It was like a mini pizza maybe something you would get when you go for lunch. The rest of the family had to go and get food at another restaurant. We paid around $28 for the pizza and feel like we wasted our money. I called the owner Mike and he was really nice and even offered to void out the charge but that did not seem fair so I just asked if he could give us a deal on our next visit but we didn’t really want to give this business anymore of our money. I had planned on asking him to offer us a free pizza to make it fair. We never made it back to the restaurant so I just sent a polite email and asked if he would simply refund half the charge. I felt that was fair because this was at best a $10 pizza. We have not heard back. I think what bothers me the most is that there is no way folks can feel that they are getting their money worth at this restaurant. I see reviews that say the same thing I have conveyed but then I see so many other happy reviews. We visited over 4 pizza places while on the Big Island and this was the only one that we felt our money was wasted. I feel like something might be awry with the reviews about this pizza restaurant. I do thank Mike for being professional...
Read moretired of the same old, so-so, repetitive, over-priced-for-what-you-get tourist food? this nothing fancy, strip mall pizza joint with a brick oven, will bring joy back to your taste buds. now it's true that we only split a dinner salad and the 12" Margherita Extra, but we could not stop singing the praises of the quality of this crust. it was perfectly thin in the middle, perfectly cooked with toppings and the edges had just enough crust & crunch for the perfect final bite. it had great sauce-to-toppings-ratio and the sauce was not too sweet with a really good tomato flavor. all around, it was just that great simple meal that is exactly what you want and we could not have been happier with our meal & experience. you can definitely eat a whole 12" pie by yourself, but everyone we saw had salad and split the pizza with someone else. if i had a pizza place like this in my hometown, it would be my go-to spot - it's all in that...

Sadly they do not have a gluten-free and or dairy- free option available.
It is a pricey little taste of pizza heaven! I could taste that the ingredients are good; it’s very much like the pizza I ate over in some smaller European countries I had the privilege to visit.
Pizza crust is thin, sauce not over done, and toppings good. I especially enjoyed the selection of cheeses; I chose the fresh mozzarella, Asiago, and Parmesano. The fresh mozzarella it isn’t shredded so it has a different appearance and taste in my opinion.
The garlic bits are perfect in taste and are still fluffy when cool!
The 12inch pizza is the biggest option.
Over all I say it’s gonna be the rare occasion to Oder food from here due to the price, but an occasion because it is SUCH a delicious pizza!
Sorry for photos of the half eaten food, but figured some is better than...
