Jill's Hot Stuff — Local services in Hawaii

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I have brought many friends and family to Jill and we have purchased many toe rings and were initially very happy. Jill will tell you if you have any problem with your toe rings to bring or mail them back and she will replace them. I bought a 14K gold toe ring from her that broke and she said I waited too long to bring it back ( I live in California)and I should take it to a goldsmith to repair. I took it to a goldsmith and it would cost more to repair than to repurchase. My sister also tried to exchange a titanium toe ring for a new one since the color came off and she wouldn't do an exhange since she has recognized the product isnt good quality. My sister and I had each bought a set from Aloha Toe Rings 1 year earlier and they are still perfect. This hurts me to write this review because we really believed Jill would keep her word on an exchange. We were not asking for a refund only an exchange. Also we had both purchased the tricolored 14k gold toe ring and the rose color came off, but we just let that go. I will recommend the coconut postcards but we personally will never go back to Jill. The women was extremely rude and pushy. Acted as if our questions were stupid. She was extremely cocky. Basically wouldnt let me get one of the “accent” toe rings because “it would get lost on my toe”. And then said “fine you can get an accent ring but you will be back tomorrow”. Horrible experience. Super uncomfortable. 0/10 recommend. She was literally gaslighting and manipulating me into getting a whole set. When all i wanted was a little toe ring… not a 3 piece set. Visited in March and still get annoyed when I think of the owner of this shop. So unnecessarily rude. She’s one of those people who thinks because she’s older that she knows everything and people younger than her know nothing. 10/10 would NOT recommend going here.
