While we were in Kona, we saw several amazing paintings by Ernest Young. I looked him up online and found his gallery (which is now online-only). I called them and purchased a painting as a Christmas gift. The whole experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish! I had never bought original art before, and despite the distance between Kona and Tennessee, the painting arrived in perfect condition in time for Christmas. While on vacation January '22 we were in Kailua taking in the sights, sounds and food. During an early evening stroll just before the sunset 🌇 I wandered in started looking around and it suddenly became evident that there would be hard choices before me.
