I am sad to write a 1-star review, but people need to be aware of what some companies do. We booked a stay at a condo they manage. We paid our deposit. Months later we noticed they changed the rates and added over $9,000 to the cost of the stay. No email to us. No communication about the change. We had already booked our airline tickets and rental cars. Almost tripling the rent for our stay was not in the budget. All we got was an apology. Beware of a bait and switch on rates!
Edit for response to owner: This is the email communications that you sent us. First the rental confirmation in which we paid 1/2 our fee according to our signed rental agreement:

Those are the pre-requisite to your stay.

After one year, we signed up for their property management service, which included checking up on the house while we were visiting the mainland for months at a time. This was when their service did not meet expectations. We were counting on them to give us peace of mind while away, to forward the mail, to check the house had no issues etc. We ended up with important mail left with junk mail, resulting in insurance denied for non-payment, medications not shipped to us on time, obvious evidence of critters in the kitchen they did not see. Before arriving, their deep cleaning was 8 times more than their regular cleaning, without prior estimate of the high cost.
