I will NEVER patronize this business again. We bought a vacuum to get the sand out of the bottom of our spa. It broke before we even used it. When I went to return it, I got attitude- NO RETURNS. Even though it was a faulty item. No customer service at all. NEVER AGAIN and I'm telling everyone I know. We aren't tourists and know a lot of people with spas. You most certainly lost me as a customer. You are more expensive than the competition and NO CUSTOMER...

I bought a 17X30 Superpool from Splash Superpools couple months ago. Had a couple install issues but I'm so grateful and appreciate the Owner Mr. Denis O'Leary for coming to my rescue! He changed things that needed to be changed, corrected things that needed to be corrected...The manager in the store, Marcello is so nice and understanding and very easy to talk to.
