E-Cig City 2 — Local services in Hawaiian Gardens

Horrible shop, if anything, try other ecig cities, but really, try other shops. Don't even deserve the one star I had to give. They have no idea what they're talking about, hope they don't get anyone hurt. Never once did I walk in and come out problem free, whether it's the manager that's more focused on "making beats" than helping customers, faulty mods or associates that want to socialize with friends that come in than be available for clientele. And when I could get them to help me, they say the most dumbest things that any long time vaper would see right through. Done...

I guess I'm not the only one with bad customer service experiences. I've been their loyal customer for as long as I can remember but after today's experience never again.

Don't bring any complaints! If you have no complaints this shop is not that bad. I like their loyalty program and they're one of few shops carrying Trolli but their unwillingness to listen to your complaints is unreal.

Fake Puff Bars! I bought some Puff Bars from here. All of them tasted burned. Turns out they are fake. I verified it by going to puffbar.com and putting in the code that is on back of the box. (Code needs to be scratched off before used). Just to make sure, I tried putting in the code multiple times. With Spaces and no Spaces. I gave them a 1 star because they are a Vape Shop and should be able to...
