We bought my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Dustin 11 years ago. He had top notch customer service then and over a decade later, he and his staff again exceeded expectations today. We had to get a new ring for my husband. His staff spent time researching to try to find the exact ring he purchased back then, and when we learned they don’t make it anymore, they patiently helped him pick out something new. Recently found a crack in one of the prongs of my wife’s wedding ring, this ring is only 3 years old, took it to them, and they sent it to their jeweler that they claim is one of the best in the state, the ring came back still cracked. They told us it was fine, and the jeweler didn’t find anything wrong and charged us 67 dollars for cleaning and polishing. Took it to a different jeweler in Norton and he fixed the crack and tightened up some of the little diamonds that Diamond R’s jeweler should of found when he was inspecting the ring. The jeweler in Norton only charged us 23 dollars. I will never be back...
