The service was great and prompt from the bartenders. Over all the place has nice tables for pool and has a good atmosphere. The music wasn’t my taste but whatever. Upon bar closure we asked for another round and were (understandably)declined. We then gathered our things to leave and attempted to use the wrong door which was locked . (We thought we were locked in as we have never been here before) and we’re very rudely told by the person here forth referred to as “feral bargoyle lady”that it was the wrong door so then we found the right exit door walked out for our cab and waited out front when the feral bargoyle lady in Olive Garden attire that claimed to be bar staff (previously unknown to us) came out and started verbally assaulting us and then proceeded in attempting to physically assault myself and actually did physically assault my friend. Pretty wild. We decided not to press charges but will be donating to a mental health charity in light of this incident. If person is bar staff assaulting customers waiting outside for a cab is pretty wild. I hope the owner is able to review video cameras if there are any out front to identify the staff member and review this incident. Anyways absolutely wild. 1/10 cannot recommend. The food had gotten to where I didt find it that great, and I stopped giving after being a frequent customer. I decided to give them another try a couple of months ago and the burger and home cut fries were delicious. The burger was seasoned well and the home c cut fries were crunchy on the outside and there was no fryer oil. On the post these fries were often soggy with cooking oil and that is partly why I quit going. I went again just recently and again had a cheeseburger, home cut fries, and s side of fried mushroom. The mushrooms were nicely fried, light batter and no cooking oil mess. The food was great. I spoke with the cook and praised him for the great food. He told me that he was able to make some changes in the kitchen and it really shows. It was obvious to me that the cook is passionate about turning out high quality, flavorful food.
