Let’s be honest: atmosphere can make or break a coffee shop. Well, Breathe isn’t just serving coffee—it’s serving up all the vibes. This place is so cute, cozy, and welcoming, it could give any Kansas City café a run for its money (sorry, KC, but it’s true).

The staff? Friendlier than your favorite neighbor, and genuinely happy to see you. The coffee? Top notch—especially since they use Oddly Correct, which just so happens to be one of our all-time favorite roasters. My half-sweet vanilla latte was perfection, and my wife’s smoothie was so fresh, I half expected it to come with a tiny umbrella

And the crepes? Let’s just say, for a second, we forgot we were in Kansas and thought we’d teleported to a Parisian street corner. Admittedly, I go to small town coffee shops for the ambiance - the quality of the coffee typically found isn't bad, but usually isn't something to write home about, but talking with the server, eavesdropping on the local gossip from the patrons, and feeling like you're home even though you're an outsider all make up for it. Not here - Stellar coffee! So surprised. I hit on a slow time, so gossip about strangers I'll never meet was nowhere to be found, but oh, man, that coffee! Breathe Coffee House is truly one of a kind coffee house and experience! The vision behind the master mind Patrick McGinnis just screams Acts 20:35. When you step into the coffee shop you can just feel the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The coffee is nothing short of amazing and with every sip you can experience the hand-crafted blend!
