I was so excited to try this food on our trip. We went out of our way to try it based on reviews. The guy with the dreads took my order. I ordered 2 kids' shrimp meals. I had told him I couldn't eat the adult basket. It was too much food. He charged me for a kids shrimp and an adult fish basket. My bill was much higher than I expected, so I looked at the receipt. I brought it to his attention bc I want what I ordered. He seemed totally confused, so I just told him to keep it a basket and give me shrimp. He did but made the kids meal fish, which wasn't what my daughter ordered. We just left it at that. He came up and asked me if I wanted some sauce, so I ordered the dynamite sauce. He never brought it to me. Before we left, he asked if we wanted drink refills, so we said yes, told him what we wanted, and he turned around and instantly forgot what we said, so I had to remind him. He gave us our drink cups back, and I'm pretty sure he cross mixed the Pepsi and Dr. Pepper. I wouldn't have tipped him 15% had I known the service was going to be so TERRIBLE! SOME OF THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! He was more concerned with eating shrimp in the back while preparing our food with no gloves as he popped them into his mouth. I saw him do this twice. I use to really love Tiger Burger. It was pretty dependable when it came to getting your order right and having good food. Didn’t have to check the bag to see if your order is right… I came in this evening, highly disappointed. I ordered pick up and was reading it very clearly and slowly off the list I made, and the lady taking the order corrected me different times, rudely. When I went into pickup, she was talking to a friend in front of the counter. I waited five minutes before her friend finely moved so I could get my order. When food was brought out I was told to open the bag and see if it was all there. Only half the order was there and a cat pack had chilli on it not cheese.. when I told her this and that I was missing food, when came back with another bag and tore it open and pulled food out and said this is yours. I reminded her I needed a new cat pack and she pushed me out of the way as people came in and told me to just take it. Two order we’re supposed to have CHILLI CHEESE FRIES and that didn’t happened, they put them on the sliders 🤢 past three months my orders have been almost always wrong… the cooks work hard, but front people.. until things improve won’t be ordering here anymore or until management...

Stopped at Tigers Burgers for a local bite and it did not disappoint. The lone worker was patient and completed our order as desired. When you step in, you will walk on a mostly worn penny floor with some quarters mixed in, retro bar stools with red cushion that line a counter top made of three 2x4s. A sign in the bathroom reads: "Employees must wash hands every 30 minutes." A good amount of dust could be found on all baseboards and could use a good wash. From certain tables, you can see into the kitchen through a window that is adorned with the restaurant's logo....you can hear the sizzle of the burgers. History facts reside on the two garage doors that look like they open when the weather is nice. Burgers are made to order: have them with everything, have them with cheese, have them plain.
