Hi I give them one star because I ordered a grill it took them 2 and a half weeks just to send the mold and when I contact them they say oh have you started paying yet because I ordered through affirm but affirm sends them the money right away so they didn't even plan nor check did I pay to affirm which has nothing to do with them then when my grill finally gets here it has blemishes I had a nice sized chip on the bottom row then two chips in the gold on the top row and when I told them over the phone they just didn't reply like they didn't care I would not recommend ordering here the prices look good but trust go spend the extra money...
