Me and my partner bought jewelry from this company December 2017. We got pulled in through one of their sales reps which was very nice and also their finance options through synchrony. Ever since we have made our monthly payments and just recently notice that our balance kept going up despite our payments. We looked at our statements and found that S&L Gem has been making purchases on our account for the past year that we opened the account with them. Some charges were less than $100 and others were almost $200!!! Consumers be aware of this scam! I honestly think its one of the employees trying to get their commission bonus b/c this place is expensive! Nothing is less than $100! If anyone has purchased through their financial options I urge you to check your statements for unauthorized purchases. I called synchrony and got my card replaced and is in the process of disputing 4 transactions that they have made to my card. On a second occasion my husband bought a ring and they had told him that it was made of natural diamonds and when he went to check it turned out that NO, he went to the store and they changed it and exactly the same thing happened WITHIN THE 30 SUPPOSED DAYS that the guarantee covers, and surprise, a diamond came off and what has been your answer?
