Today 08/28/18 (2 Spanish workers) the female on my receipt says her name is: Stephanie. The other Spanish female(unknown name)is the actual person who helped me as soon as I walked in. As this worker was helping me with my order, she's bagging up the items and she asks Stephanie in Spanish something, which I don't understand Spanish. Stephanie then responds in English: Lettuce Romaine. I think nothing of it, until I get home I see my receipt says: Promo Lettuce Romaine. Which, neither of the female workers said to me at any time to get the Lettuce. It's also weird that after Stephanie says Lettuce Romaine. She goes to the register to finish up my purchase and she is the one who closes out my order adding to the bottom of my receipt: Promo Lettuce Romaine as if they gave the Lettuce to me, and neither worker went over the items purchased me. They just don't care at this store.

1. I've always felt uncomfortable going into this WIC store ever since Stephanie started working there. (The workers before these two females were A LOT NICER AND PROFESSIONAL, THAN STEPHANIE)

2. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I WASN'T GIVEN MY PROMO! IT'S JUST NOW, I FEEL IF YOU'RE NOT SPANISH, STEPHANIES TAKING THE CUSTOMERS PROMO ITEMS HOME OR SELLING IT FOR HER OWN PROFIT!

3. STEPHANIE LOOKS LIKE THE ONE WIC CHOSE TO RUN THE STORE, WRONG PICK WIC! LOOK INTO WHAT'S GOING ON IN THIS STORE! SHADY STEPHANIE IS KEEPING OR SELLING THE CUSTOMERS PROMO ITEMS!

WIC stores are supposed to be convenient for Women.Infant.Children! Not a place to get ripped off and treated with discrimination by your workers who are being trained by: SHADY STEPHANIE..

YOU CAN DO BETTER WIC! FIRE THESE WOMEN WHO ARE MOST LIKELY STEALING FROM THE STORE AND CUSTOMERS!

I'm not the only one I see from the reviews that the Spanish females that work in this store are purposely not giving the customers their promo items and not going over the purchase with...

Terrible custimer servece.i felt ignored and dismissed.4/26/17- 6:00.pm. I had been in this stored a lot of times before after a few months i went today i was expecting good custumer service like before but no. I ask if they could help me with just the heavy nahs they said tes but they never did i jad to do iy..if. I wasted my time and when i told her i wish u had told me u could not help in the first place would had been nice..she said we are busy..not going...

My experience here has been awesome. Jennifer (I’m sorry if I wrote it wrong) has been helping us so far. She always receives us with a smile on her face and remember our preferences. We prefer this store because everything it’s in there fresh and ready. We recommend this store...
