dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in Hayward

I'm giving this store three stars because it is small and it's very cramped. It is very hard to get to the shoe section to get shoes because they put so much space for people to stand in line and made the aisles very slim. The carts are so big that when you go down the aisle you can only fit one cart down the aisle and hope that both of the people shopping are going the same direction down the aisle. This store is so small and cramped that when the store is crowded it can make it very hard to go shopping. Also make sure that you don't forget your items cuz we had to go back to retrieve our $6 Wooden Spoons they forgot to give us in our bag. Thank goodness we had a receipt so we can go back and collect the one item we were missing. Maybe they thought we wouldn't know it was missing because we had bought so much stuff but for us $6 for our wooden cooking spoon is actually a lot. Be careful at the store since it is severely cramped with tiny Isle and make sure you check all your bags and your receipt to make sure you got all your items and pay for them before you leave the store or drive away from the parking lot. Sometimes they forget to bag your items correctly because you have so much stuff or sometimes they forget to give it to you because you have so much stuff that you bought. I had an upsetting experience at this store.While I was closely supervising my young daughter, she momentarily touched some display items. A staff member approached us and spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive tone, saying, "You better keep an eye on your child!"

I understand the need to keep items safe, and I always make sure my child is respectful in public spaces. However, the way this employee addressed us was completely uncalled for. As a paying customer and a parent, I expected to be treated with basic respect. No one should speak to customers in a threatening or disrespectful way — especially in front of children.

Very disappointed with the behavior, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer...

DD discount is one of my favorite stores to go to until the holidays I go to DD's at least 4 times a month not just one as travel all of them but for the holidays what I don't like is I have seen a lot of the Big Wigs come in each store I guess you call them Shoppers for DD and I always asked him why you guys can't bring a lot of black dolls for the holidays they say they going to do it but they don't I still give you these a five star but when you have somebody come into your store you see the the people who come in who order stuff DD's store always asking could you please be put some black dolls in the story for the...
