Sinaloa Searoll — Restaurant in Hayward

The first time I went in the for was fine...it was the special that brought me in.... the second time I went, I took a friend to have breakfast and they didn't have hash brown potatoes..... I asked how could you not have hash browns, when you are serving breakfast? I asked for a price reduction and they could not do that.... instead they wanted to serve us beans.... I love beans, but I want potatoes.....this is poor planning.... they could easily go to Costco and buy frozen potatoes for the day... or at least tell the customer what they don't have before handing them the menu..... this happened a while back and I have not been back and may...

The only thing that is “good” here is the Molcajete, which is IRONIC because the place is called “Sinaloa Searoll.” I’m going to be honest, the sushi was disgusting. Worst part is they CHARGED me for it even though I only took ONE bite. The lady said she couldn’t replace it for me, which is fine, but the LEAST she could have done was take it off the bill, since I took one bite and wanted to throw up. The sushi tasted bland and old. I’ve NEVER went to a restaurant where they couldn’t bring me a new dish or take it off the bill. Where is the customer service? Not here!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place, not worth...

I have tried sinaloa sushi from san diego to modesto san jose and just recently in the bay and i just have to say the rolls here are the bomb dot com i have been to culichi town in both their locations and they are okay but here at sinaloa roll you are getting the real mexican deal the flavor is so authentic it took me back to my hometown in Mazatlan i am lactose intolerant so i ask for no cream cheese on my rolls the aguachile roll was my #1 #2 costa rica roll but tried them all and they are deli ious also you have to try the asado sinaloense delicious friendly staff Alejandra is the best the drinks are okay over all...
