Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hayward

Awesomely nice and I would say caring ppl/staff. I had a situation that I accidentally lost my CC after a drive Tru order. Went straight to Costco & realized my CC is gone. I thought about how I dropped the receipt by the drive Tru window accidentally ( not aware my CC is also there), and just drove away, did not care bout the receipt. Anyways, I called Jack right away, took awhile for someone to answer, fortunately someone did. I kindly asked her, if a CC was left behind @ the drive Tru coz I was just there about 10 min ago. She was kind enough to check & spoken to the lady assigned there. They did not find any, & I asked to look out the drive Tru window and said that mayb I dropped it with the receipt. And guess what, they actually did made the effort to look, YUP! it is sitting on the ground. While I was on the phone with her, she went out, went to the drive Tru and I hear her, saying excuse me and sorry to someone. I'm assuming, she's saying that to a drive Tru costumer park by my CC. And there you have it. My card was retrieved! I was blown away how the jack in the box employees cared and made extreme effort on something like this! I am so trully grateful 🙏 🙂 .. THEY CARED! THAT'S AWESOME. I mean, they could have just say " no sorry, it's not here ( w/ or w/o looking), then end the call. And left me at the end worried & annoyed for the next step I need to do ( like calling bank to report its missing & wait for new card). Anyways, I give this place 5 stars because for me & with that particular experience I encountered, THEY DESERVE IT 💯! THANK YOU JACK IN THE BOX TEAM FOR KIND AND...

I go through this drive thru quite often but when the line is VERY long I try to go inside. In the past month, on at least 3 occasions, I have tried to go inside during the day and all entrance doors are locked, despite saying the inside to go is open. When driving through the drive thru, I have experienced people walking up to the window (for orders online and delivery services). It seems that IF you advertise being open for take outs, indoors, you should be. It us dangerous to have delivery people coming to the drive thru window AND should not be considered fast food when everyone must go through the drive thru. Also, there is one particular crew that fights A LOT. I have caught pieces of it when in the drive thru and the employees are literally yelling at each other with one man being VERY rude (in speech) to a female employee. I have seen this repeatedly with one particular shift and group of people while the other works well together (or gives the...

Not going back.

1. Too long a wait when at the speaker (4-5 minutes)
2. Overcharging. I wanted a croissant with added egg and cheese. He instead chose to do. #22, take out sausage, ADD egg white/cracked egg… it already has egg!!!
3. Stressed manager at window handing out orders doesn’t attempt to listen. The manager at window repeated “that’s everything boss” multiple times instead of hearing to what I wanted (sauce & condiments).
4. Still gets order wrong. Yay!

Since you’re raising prices of food by over 20%, please consider helping your workers more.
