Fitters — Local services in Hayward

Service from some Latino guy was fine although I could tell quickly he thought I would buy a few jeans which sadly I did, which is why he even showed extended interest in helping me. Long story short is this place way overcharges compared to nearly any other store selling the same stuff such as essentials, BBC, etc. I found this out the hard way as the same jeans I bought were at city’s finest a few stores down for $25 cheaper whereas fitters sold them to me for $100. The owner is some Indian or Arab guy who showed no interest in helping me as you can tell fairly easily he thinks he’s the big man on campus and kind of just brushes you off even when I said thanks for the help even though he sat on his phone doing nothing the whole time. Definitely won’t come back here again as they get everything they can out of you and don’t really care about honest and straightforward...

I had an unfortunate experience at this clothing store. The prices were exorbitantly high, making it difficult to justify any potential purchases. To add insult to injury, the quality of the clothes was far from satisfactory. Some items were visibly dirty, and others even had holes in them.

The store's atmosphere was far from welcoming due to the staff's behavior. The employees were unfriendly and their demeanor was off-putting. They kept a close watch on customers, creating an uncomfortable environment as if every patron was a potential thief.

The Arab man behind the counter was particularly unpleasant. His rudeness was unparalleled, making the shopping experience even more distressing.

I would strongly advise against visiting this store. The combination of overpricing, poor quality of clothes, and discourteous staff makes for a thoroughly disappointing...

I bought a $70.00 t-shirt and when I got home I tried it on, it was too big so I put it back in the bag. I went to the store 4 days later to return/exchange it. A very detailed examination was done on the shirt....he even turned it inside out. Then he told me he wouldn't return/exchange it because it had a hole in it. What he showed me was a pin-sized hole near the tag. Not something I or any one would have noticed before buying it. When I took the shirt to the counter to buy it they scanned it and took my money. The same "Detailed Examination" was not done before you took my money....that's a crooks move!! I never wore the shirt, so that means I was sold the shirt in that condition and now you won't take it back!!!!
