Dept 508 Commissioner Boydine Hall: If you are a person of color and your spouse is also, she will be fair and handle your matter swiftly. The same cannot be said for white people. Tread lightly - especially if you are a white female. Highly recommend you request she recuse herself before she hears your matter so you don't get stuck with her and waste years of your life like I've had to.

After having been in court for over three years, with Dept 508 Judge Boydine Hall who handles child support and other family law matters I can say without a doubt that she perpetuates domestic violence and is a reverse racist.

If you happen to be a white person, especially a white woman who doesn't work, DO NOT allow her to be your judge. She will have you thinking she plays fair, but she doesn't. She will string you along for years and then bend over backwards to ensure her personal biases are upheld and state that you're not credible. She doesn't give both parties equal time to plead their case. She will ignore you at hearings if she doesn't like you and she coddles people of color. I haven't had the money to appeal any of her decisions thus far but am looking forward to that day very soon.

Dept 515 - Judge Nikki Clark is petty and makes decisions not based on reality or facts. She laughs at women who represent themselves and makes thoughtless determinations that also perpetuate domestic violence.

It has been a horrible experience being in both of these courtrooms. If you are a man or a person of color, you will likely have a different experience.

If you are a woman, especially a white woman, both of the above judges, highly recommended you request a different judge before any proceedings begin.

Self help also is no help here. Do not file anything using self help because their bad advice makes you look bad to the court. Get yourself a good attorney and if you can't afford one, stay as far away from this court as possible.

If you also have had a bad experience you can complain to the Presiding Judge - currently Judge Smiley out of Rene Davidson courthouse executive offices. He is not much help but if he doesn't help, you can then complain to the Commission on Judicial Performance. If they receive enough complaints about these 2 judges, perhaps these judges will receive better training on being impartial and how to stop domestic violence rather than perpetrating it.

I filed small claims court case on the basis of breach of written contract -non payment of Severance payment from former employer, Astreya Partners, LLC,CA based company at this Court in Hayward,CA. In my opinion, with my respect to the Court the newly appointed Judge DORIS NG was biased towards me, possibly because of my last Russian last name. In my opinion this Judge did not allow me to ask the remaining relevant questions the Defendant, Joanne Lewis, Head of HR of Astreya Partners, LLC , during the trial, and this Judge supported Defendant, employer, corporation, not me, Alameda County resident this time. I filed "SC-108 Form" SC-108 form Request to Correct or Cancel Judgment and Answer" to reevaluate the case by another judge, and my request was denied. In my opinion, I dot not recommend Astreya Partners, LLC to anybody in CA as an employer, taking into account that Astreya Partners, LLC offered me ongoing contract and laid me off in three weeks since the date of employment, having offered me Severance Payment under Severance Agreement and giving me just 10 days to sign it during covid and having voided it on the 9th day having refused to pay me Severance payment, as well as in my opinion, Astreya's Head of HR Joanne Lewis was trying to threaten me with legal actions when I was trying to contact Google, their client,asking to resend me new Severance Agreement and discuss Severance Payment issue, as well as, in my opinion, Astreya Partner,s LLC were trying to prohibit me from publishing online review with my personal experience about my case. Also, in my opinion, do not recommend to work with Google managers Kim Ngo and Omer Hassan in CA, who did not give me any practical assignment during three weeks work at the project, access to the company's programs and did not allow me to attend Google meetings as a contractor, in my opinion, and it was the way I...

Unfortunately, it does not allow us to provide them 0 stars. I first went to obtain all the info I needed to file for my case. They provided me with a workshop- time and date, when I show up, they informed me that I was NOT on the list?! I showed them the paperwork they provided me with, all he said was you're not on the list. PERIOD. No customer service, no empathy, No apology. I was able to attend to their upcoming workshop, they checked that everything was filled out correctly, I went to turn in my paperwork and asked the clerk for the next step. She tells me they will contact you, I'm waiting 3 months later only to find out that she NEVER scanned all the documents and they have been waiting for me to "complete" the papers. WHY DIDN'T THEY CONTACT ME, A SIMPLE' HELLO, WE NOTICED THAT YOU TURNED IN ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS BUT WE ARE MISSING 2 PAGES' I explained I turned in all the papers in the packets(still stapled) once AGAIN, they couldn't apologize for THEIR mistake! NOW, I have to go AGAIN (take a few hours off work.. AGAIN) and take them my copies, because they don't the originals anymore?! The clerk lost them! She scanned them but doesn't know which file???? What kind of run down place, management is this? TRAIN YOUR STAFF. We trust you with our information and they are mistreating it???...
