It’s been a while since I went to Mochinut, which is probably around two years ago. Also keep in mind that it collaborates with another joint called LACA. I haven’t tried Mochinut in this location, but probably tried LACA. The atmosphere is ok, not really fascinating though. However, the rice dogs tastes good though. Unfortunately, they don’t sell boba just like most locations like the one in San Mateo, but heard that they recently closed. You may want to go to other Mochinut locations if you want boba from it. The service is ok, but would have been better if they have better approaches on interacting with customers. I get that they’re busy, but being a little more nice would have been more appreciative rather than having a low tone.

Odd little place with two businesses at the same counter. We were there for donuts and not corn dogs. Got a half dozen ($17) donuts/mochinuts with flavors of fruity pebbles, raspberry, cookies n cream & obe. They are rice based but did not see a gluten-free sign anywhere. They are like a series of donut holes joined together to make a ring. Texture is a bit chewy compared to a regular donut. I thought they were okay but not interesting enough to be going back when combined with the price and atmosphere of the place. Seems like they were more focused on the other business. Would recommend for the experience but not much more but could be your new favorite thing.
