Whewwwwwwww chilé I'm going to try not to write an entire dissertation. Where do I begin, ok first let me say this DANIELLE IS AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EMPATHETIC, PATIENT, CARING like uhh I just wanna put her in my pocket!!!!!!!!!! These services if not performed correctly, or if there are product changes,can really leave a woman or adolescent person traumatized and never wanting to wax of any kind again. Because that's exactly what happened to me. I had been getting waxed for years BY ANOTHER GIRL ,when I noticed it really began to hurt(no it wasn't around my cycle, no I hadn't exfoliated) I asked had she changed products she said no but I was convinced something wasn't right the last time with the OLD GIRL I stopped her I literally couldn't take it anymore. I wasn't giving up tho b/c I'm no quitter. A male friend of mine tagged Danielle. I reached out to her via text which she replied back quickly(keeping in mind that she cld be with a client, I was expecting a couple hours but nope). Went in and OMG let's jus say by the time it was over I of course paid her, but I tipped her $30 and still my heart felt that wasnt enough so I gave more and still when I left I was in the mall and just wanted to buy her something because she literally guys, cancelled all my fears and anxiety that had developed as a result from my last experience. That's a big deal because when traumatic things happen to us they cause us to an emotional response. But now I can confidently begin to take my 16 year old daughter and know that she won't be hurt. Sugar Me was always a nice experience except for if any accommodations were needed. I was told by Dani to always reach out if ever I had an issue and we would find a resolution, but on two different occasions that proved to be untrue. I called to explain how I couldn't make my appointment per doctor's orders prior to my upcoming surgery, and she literally went off and would not let me get a word in edgewise. There was not even an offer to reschedule. I didn't appreciate being treated as if I hadn't been a faithful customer for over a year over one isolated incident. The other time, I canceled because of a family emergency, giving more than the required 24-hour notice (over the weekend). Apparently it didn't register online but luckily I took screen shots when I did it because once again she went off and treated me as if I was lying to make me pay the late cancelation fee until I sent her the screen shots.

I also told them when I first started going that sometimes I have to work late and it's out of my control because court runs later at times and there's no way to know this ahead of time. They said if that were to happen that I could call and let them know and wouldn't have to worry about that late cancelation fee. There were a few times that that happened (it doesn't happen often), but I was not met with that same assurance when it did happen. There was always strife unless I lucked up and got a weekend appointment, which are often times hard to get.

She teaches you how to care for your skin after the sugaring sessions. Dani's sugar product and technique was different than any I had experienced before. The session was almost painless and my skin felt great afterwards. one huge difference with Sugar Me is that I had almost no ingrown hairs after my hair started growing back.
