I went to Marleisha for a Vixen sew in on 10/03/2024 and my hair was in a mess 2days later. She didn’t tell me what product she was using on my hair, she used a spray on hair dye that she didn’t ok with me first. She didn’t know if I was allergic to anything nor did she ask. The next day my hair was brittle and itchy, as I looked in my hair I noticed my scalp was swollen and my scalp was discolored. I reached out to Marleishia on Sunday letting her know my tracks of weave was exposed on the top, what was that stuff she sprayed on my hair. She then went on to tell me because my hair is thin she had to use a black or brown hairspray. I’ve been getting my hair weaved ever since the sixth grade so I’m use to weaves and sew in’s and I understand how to treat weave and wear it. We went back and forth about what to do for my hair she told me a time twice but our schedules was different I can understand that but she never personally reached out via phone to set up a time and date to fix my hair. Then she lied about being out of town, working another job to avoid me, waste the time. It’s terrible to be rude and Unprofessional to a customer that you’ve wronged. After wearing a hat, a scarf immediately after paying a substantial amount of money for my hair and the installation. She started talking all rude to me when I sent her pictures of my hair, head. She became hostile and nasty I have our whole conversation showing I never lost my cool it was Marleishia that got rude with me. I asked her to fix it after she said she would fix it. I will NEVER recommend anywhere this SCAM ARTIST steals money on false pretense of her skill of weaving hair she shouldn’t be allowed to wash hair how bad she did my hair and left my head sore maybe her tools was unclean or something because this is the worse weave I’ve ever had, my head is still sore today smh SHAME...
