DISGUSTING, & DESSERTED. From out of state. Never ate at a Jack n Box. Thought we would try something different... And boy was that a mistake... It was approximately 4:30pm and we thought it was closed. 1st impression was abandoned. Grass tall. No vehicles except for 1 that was backed in by the dumpsters. Went through the drive thru and the young lady came over the intercom and talked so fast we couldn't her. We kept repeating what we wanted and then lost communication. So we pulled forward and that's where we meet the voice behind the intercom LAROYA..BOY that young lady needs training. She totally had our order all messed up. She was very RUDE. HATEFUL, CONDENSENDING, She had NO right dealing with the public. No manner and definitely not friendly.. Finally got our order. No one was in line behind us. She said " Drive over there by those double glass doors) No please. No thank you, Nothing. So we did. Order was brought out and again No thank. No customer service whatsoever. That lady must have been the manager and she was no better. We pulled around to the parking alot to eat. Took several bites on my cheeseburger and the most disgusting fast food I'd ever eaten. Out of nowhere this young white male came out of a employee entrance door. Wearing shower shoes lighting a blunt (marijuana stick) pictures will be attached.. How do we no it was marijuana? Because it smelt horrible we no the smell of Mary Jane..We began taking pictures and reading reviews. And spit our food out because every review my husband and made similar comments thinking they spit in our food. It gagged us. Then out of nowhere the same young appeared with another young man. That made a drug deal right in front of us. And shared what was left of the blunt. They noticed us. And went and hide in the dumpster area. Few minutes they went back to inside wearing their gloves. Picking through the outdoor ashtray. Who wears shower shoes to work? No uniform on.No name tags. And sounds like lil Ms Thang LAROYA paid her friends to write a good review there is absolutely no way anyone in the right mind would give that place a good review.
I'm so sorry to owner of this business. There is so much potential because of the location. Perfect place, nice neighborhood. High traffic. All the Locals must know. Suggestions::: close for a week CLEAN it up. FIRE ALL EMPLOYEE even management because they are allowing this misconduct.. And WHY is this LAROYA still employed especially with all the negative reviews? There are people out there that want to work for a paycheck. Not expect for the check to arrive without earning it..
NATHAN the past review that had his credit stolen. Has that person been arrested? I hope so, and sorry you fell victim of...
Read moreRUDE, FEMALE TEENAGERS THAT DO NOT HAVE STANDARD PRACTICE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO FOLLOW!!! After being active the last several weeks & taking off work for my bday today, but still going to the gym, I decided to treat myself. I ordered 4 items & asked for 5 sauces which the young lady at the window told me that they would bring out with my order if I pulled up to wait. When my order arrived a few min. later I had jelly, jam, & a buttermilk ranch that I didn't ask for & 1 out of the 5 that I did ask for. When I went inside to get my sauces, a different girl, Destiny, told me that 1 of them was no longer being made, which I found odd that the first girl didn't know that since she works there...
She then told me that I would have to pay for the additional sauces, despite them giving me ones I didn't ask for at no charge. When I said that the first young lady didn't say that, Destiny got an attitude & said "well, I'm telling you now." I don't mind paying the 33 cents per sauce if I was told that when I ordered, but apparently the first girl didn't think it was excessive for 4 items, but Destiny did.
Well, Destiny didn't take my order, & if that policy is standard, then the other employee should know that. Then, when I asked for a manager to honor my original sauces, said "Manager," Lauren, just repeated with her own attitude that extra sauce is more, no matter what the first girl said, & "I'm telling you now." If I wanted to talk to a parrot, I'd go to a pet store, but there was no professionalism, courtesy, or real customer service offered at this location, aside from the young man that brought me my food. Obviously, I had money to pay, but the principle of the matter & attitudes were it for me. I will be contacting...
Read moreIf I could, I would give them zero stars. After a long and tiring day, my husband and I stopped for 3 orders of monster tacos and one order of onion rings. They weren't that busy, we were the only ones in the drive-through. Let me preface the next bit by saying that the guy seemed nice if distracted since he was unable to count the money that was paid to him and after telling us we were short, then recounting it, closed his window to get the food. When we got home, we realized that the guy put 2 orders in the bag instead of 3. We called up there and we're told, in a very unapologetic and somewhat harassed tone by the manager Mariah, to come back and get it, the person who served us was not a front line person and that they, Mariah, "don't care about efficiency or getting it right, it's about being quick, since they have door dash orders," to fulfill. To literally state that you do not care about doing it right, just fast, and that customers can just come back, it's no big deal, well... What can I say? Where else does that attitude carry over? Can we trust their food safety or hygiene? At this point I am grateful for their inability to count to six, because I would not trust anything coming out of their kitchen. In conclusion, this review is not based on human error, those happen and while somewhat annoying or inconvenient, are forgiveable. This review is solely a response to management's lack of accountability and blatant disregard for doing the bare minimum since according to the Manager, Mariah, doing if fast is more important than...
