Deserve Zero Stars...I wish I read these reviews before I went here...I've tried it twice and my second experience was worst then my first...DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Food will make you SICK TO YOUR STOMACH. I ordered two combo platters they are supposed to come with Fried rice, hot & sour soup, crab ragoon, fried wonton and a fortune cookie. At first the Lady in charge was nice until i realized the hot and sour soup was not a soup I'd prefer i looked at their menu for a replacement. I found the wonton soup which was the same price as the hot and sour soup. I simply ask for the wonton soup to go with my food instead on 9/09/17. She became rude towards me at refusing to give me a different choice because they didn't have it made and didn't want to make the new one. The young guy working there translated what I was saying as well as one of their regular customers who was in the restaurant as well. She thought by saying it would be a dollar more even though the menu displayed the same price would discourage me from getting what I wanted but I had the dollar and I paid it thinking I would get what I ordered. Unfortunately, once my food was ready THE Cook came out the kitchen and put my soup in the bag then they stapled the bag together so I wouldn't look in it before I left. Being a restaurant manager I know to look at my food first, so I opened the bag found a long straight black and said something to the young guy that worked there he said "well at least it's just one". I'm like what the f**k ? Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt which was against my better judgement. I absolutely regret taking this food home. The wonton soup I wanted so badly had a pubic hair in the bottom of the bowl. I'm so disgusted by this place it's crazy! I called back and told the boy he said I can give you a new one next time. I said there wouldn't be a next time and I plan on reporting them to the health department. The boy said that's fine I don't have to ever come back. I asked him if he would like to find hair in his food he said "no". So I asked for a refund the rude lady in the background said they don't give refunds. This is a HORRIBLE Place not gonna call it a restaurant. For all I know the cook peed in my soup heated it up and through some celery in it. I've been sick since I left the store. The rest of the food was dry or over seasoned with soy sauce as the other reviews say. They throw the fortune cookies into the food boxes like that was sanitary. We all know it not and that's how I found the first hair. If you're ever in HAZELWOOD MISSOURI AVOID THIS RESTAURANT OR ELSE YOU'LL TRULY REGRET YOUR CHOICE NO MATTER WHAT WAS ON THE MENU! DONT DO IT...THEY HAVE ONE REGULAR AND SHE DIDNT Even understand why they wouldn't trade out the soup. You know it's bad when the regulars don't like how the owner treats the new customers. Very disappointed. I just moved to hazelwood and I just ordered an order of mai fun and a pepper steak lunch combo. The quality of the food and very bland and the wonton was very over cooked. I’m very upset that I wasted so much on so little. I paid over $34 for only 2 things and a small order of shrimp rolls. That means for this cost I got 1 order of noodles with meat and a lunch combo that had (1) scoop of meat in it. I have never seen a lunch combo this small before anywhere. I called just to find out what actually costed THIS MUCH. Because the portions were SO SMALL. She told me she charged me almost $4 in taxes and regardless of what you order it’s a $5 delivery fee in addition to. I’m very upset, she gave me the price but if the portions were worth it, I get it. But NOT THIS. I won’t be ordering from here again. This was my second and last time I'll be dining here. I ordered on the phone, came to pick up a little earlier than the 15 mins I was told for my pickup. I was searching for my debit card ( no customers in restaurant btw ) and the woman just stood there impatiently staring. I said "This will be a minute". She huffed and continued to stare. Once I paid I requested extra hot mustard please? She said "I gave you three!" I really felt as though my patronage was a major inconvienence! Jeez! To top it food was greasy and tasted like soy sauce. I could make that myself! I can also get treated poorly for free and not pay for it! My bill was 7.60 and they hit my debit for 9.12!
