Worst Taco bell I've visited. As you can see - they are very cheap with their food. I never knew they only give you a tablespoon worth of meat. Don't believe - look at the pics. This has happened every single time I've ordered these Tacos.
When I order these in Columbia, they come nicely prepared in a box fully loaded. At this location they come in a flimsy wrapper.
I've given then another chance and guess what - this time the shell is completely stale. The poor quality starts with poor management.
Oh, one more thing - this is absolutely the slowest taco bell I've ever visited. There's been times that I've simply pulled off prior to ordering due to the waits. Whenever I go, I usually go at night after 10pm, but I've gotten crappy products during the evening as well
New post 6 months later. Employees of a restaurant is a presentation of management. We all know that this taco bell has problems. The later night (midnight) shift is plagued with delays. As i sit after spitting out this chalupa - i wonder how the the shell of the chapula taste like someone smashed up a bunch of Tylenol pills and injected them into the shell. It's absolutely the worst I've ever tasted. The after taste has me on the verge of puking. I sit and wonder how this management has allowed such a awfulness come out of there. How has this chain lasted this long? I've actually gone to a few halfway decent locations before. But this location is the worst I've ever experienced. This store represents the management. If management doesn't care, it will show in the products and service. Service...
Read moreI've changed my rating from 4 stars to 2. This store had excellent service when they first opened. You could tell that the staff was well trained. Now that it had been opened for a couple of years, they've had so many turnovers in employees that none of the new people are trained very well...including managers! Get with it Taco Bell! I worked at another location (obviously, since this one basically just opened) almost 25 years ago. Back then, service was completely different. The customer was ALWAYS right, and they were treated with respect, especially since if it weren't for them, the store wouldn't make any money and neither would we. Youth of today think they're owed something and don't know what it's like to work hard for a decent earning. Taco bell's mgmt needs to wake up and constitute a better training program, hold their people to a higher standard, and discipline their employees when they mess up, especially when it's intentional. They can make a comeback, and I hope they do. Be more picky about your...
Read moreThey have this new protein menu that looks amazing I thought it was actually a Cobb salad. Inquiring more about it I found out that it comes as a bowl type dish with rice at the very bottom and then beans guacamole pico de gallo sour cream grilled chicken and Romaine lettuce. I wanted to hold the rice and just make it a salad adding extra romaine and I didn't know if it would be possible but they completely assisted me and getting exactly what I wanted and I couldn't have been happier. At times I can be a little picky but they accommodated me as if I was in a 4-star restaurant and it's Taco Bell. Most fast food restaurants wouldn't even think of helping me to change a signature item on the menu but they didn't have a problem with it as long as I left with a smile on my face and I definitely did leave with a smile on my face and I will be returning very soon. The counter employee, Ashley greeted me with a smile and was completely Pleasant in doing her job which is...
