It would be one star, but Alex who was visiting from the Rhonert Park location gets 10 stars on a 5 star scale. John, apparently the supervisor of the Healdsburg location, sinks the ship. Capitan of The Titanic level sinks, could do the right thing or handle a situation better but chooses his ego and drives right into the iceberg instead. Iām in hospitality and have managed many teams, John would not be hired on my team let alone in a management position. At the very least, he needs serious customer service training.
Alex, on the other hand, deserves a raise and a large holiday bonus. Not only was he amazing in store, but after I left and had an incident with John on the phone, Alex personally called me to work through the issue, made me feel reassured in AT&T as a company, and talked me through the process to make my new phone work properly. John made me ready to cancel AT&T and switch to Verizon like my husband. Alex was customer service and solution oriented. Asking the right questions to see where the disconnect was and figuring out what my needs were and how he could make it happen.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wanted to get on here and leave a review for this specific store. I am a local fire firefighter and usually visit the Santa Rosa Ave store. I was getting off duty one day and needed some help switching my phone plan. I stopped in Healdsburg instead of going to Santa Rosa. The staff here is the reason I will keep going to Healdsburg from now on. They were super welcoming and it felt like I was chatting with friends or family. This was a huge difference from the typical āroboticā feeling I got from other stores. I ended up being helped by Juan, the store manger. He was super knowledgeable about all the plans I was contemplating and what worked best for me. But most importantly, I was seen quickly and was on my way quickly (even with all the COVID procedures). I highly recommend this store to anyone that has access to freeway 101 even if you have to drive further....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAdded a new line to my account. Was told by the clerks the activation fee would be waived and to wait for the bill and call ATT and they would credit the activation fee. I called ATT and they said it needed to be done by the manager at the store. I Called the Healdsburg store and explained the situation. I asked Troy (the manager) if I came down would he be able to waive/credit the activation fee. He said not necessarily. He needed to look at my account and speak to the clerks who had told me the fee would be waived. This feels like a big run-around to me for $30. So, despite Diogo and Jonathan being helpful in the first place, the fact that neither AT&T corporate nor the local retailer want to credit the activation fee as promised, leads me to leave just...
