CraftWork Healdsburg is an EXCELLENT place for holding a small (7-10+ people) corporate OFFSITE or meeting. From the minute that we connected with them and outlined our plans, Laurie Wood, Community Manager of CraftWork was on it and we were so pleased with EVERYTHING. They delivered!
Our team wanted to hold a small, socially distanced planning offsite in the San Francisco Bay Area in October 2020 (we had 4 team members flying in from outside the area). After much research on cities and venues, we selected CraftWork in Healdsburg.
Selecting CraftWork coworking space for our offsite worked extremely well for us and here's why:
The VENUE. Centrally located in downtown Healdsburg, walkable from our hotel (The Harmon House), restaurants, shops and more. Their large PRIVATE meeting room that opened up to an OUTDOOR area made meeting safely a reality for our team.
The STAFF. Laurie and her team worked with us to make sure that we had everything that we could possibly want during our offsite. It was like they were members of our team and they EXCEEDED our expectations for what we needed, at every turn. And, one of the owners/founding member Jim Heid also stopped in to welcome us and extend their hospitality and appreciation for us selecting CraftWork.
The SERVICES. From Digital Covid-19 compliant check-ins, to room set up, meal and break functions and handling our special requests they provided HIGH TOUCH services that would rival any 5 Star hotel.
The ACCESSIBILITY to LOCAL FOOD PURVEYORS. Our meals and breaks and social functions were all top quality experiences with ARTISANAL food options (high quality at fair prices) and the best part is that we were able to support at least 7 local small businesses delivering outstanding products: Oakville Grocery, Noble Folk, Journeyman, Quail & Condor, Costeaux Bakery, Longboard Winery and CraftWork.
The CITY of HEALDSBURG. Location, location, location. Just 60 miles north of San Francisco, 75 miles north of SFO and 10 miles north of STS (Santa Rosa's airport) makes this location very desirable. And, we were able to walk around the town - making getting around (and back and forth from the hotel to CraftWork) very easy and enjoyable. Modern hotels, a vibrant restaurant scene, shopping, sports and wine country round out the overall experience of hosting this Sonoma County offsite in Healdsburg.
The CREATIVITY. From the decor of the space, to the attention to all of the details to the energy and smarts of the staff, this is one place to get creative. Everything about the meeting space and the amenities put us right in the middle of our creative zone.
The COMMUNITY. It is clear, these folks are connected and know what it means to be in a community and be part of a community. And we benefited from their connections. We felt welcome, we felt productive and we felt taken care of. What more could one want? Thanks to Laurie, Jim and the entire CraftWork team for making our experience so special.
We will be back! Bravo team CraftWork.

Read moreI’m so thankful to have found CraftWork for our meeting space in Healdsburg! Searching for a hotel conference center/meeting location was quite difficult; responses by phone/email were at a snail’s pace, and some places have yet to respond.
Luckily, good ol Google helped me find CraftWork. Kayla quickly returned my phone call, provided me with all the details and possibilities available, and promptly followed up with an email. After weighing the options, we decided to book The Vault for 1 1/2 days. With nine people in our group, Kayla let me know it might be a little bit of a squeeze but still doable. It worked perfectly and gave a more relaxed feeling, not having everyone sit directly around the table for our meetings.
CraftWork was very accommodating, allowing me to come a day early to check out the location and leave drinks in their fridge for lunch the next day. They also graciously let us use their outdoor patio area for lunch even while they had a group in the Urban workspace.
Our entire team marveled at the co-working space CraftWork has created and really enjoyed their time there! My experience with CraftWork from beginning to end was fantastic....
Read moreCraftwork is the work space I've always wanted. I work remotely 90% of the time and have a hard time focusing at home. Now that I have kids it's impossible to work from home, so having a work space outside my home is essential. It is a beautiful space and it's nice to have a bit of social interaction in my work day since I don't normally get that when working remotely. I love having my own dedicated desk with my screen set up - no more asking strangers to watch my stuff while I run to a restroom in a cafe! I also love the lounge (with cozy fireplace) and outdoor patio areas when I want to switch things up. The conference rooms and phone booths are perfect for important calls when I don't want any distractions. That being said, everyone takes calls throughout the day in the open space without any issues - so if you are someone on calls half the day it really isn't a problem. If you are looking for office space, this is the place to be. If you are reading this and know me, I have a couple free guest passes I can share with you if you want to...
