I feel compelled to write a review after seeing a review from whatās seems to be a self-absorbed wanna be blogger posing as a marketing director with an MBA. She claims they donāt negotiate without any details of her transaction mentioned in her post. Most likely she tried to lowball or like her types she wanted it for free. Enough about bad energy in the universe.
Most days I walk by the store in my evening walk and sometimes I stop in. When I do, I head to the spaces containing bar ware. My experience is that the sellers do negotiate. If the owner of the space is not there at the time Iām there, I will get a phone call and get further along the process. Further, they assist in research of an item and will help me find what Iām looking for. All sellers are cordial and will to help you get what you want.
When I buy, I know what I want, Iāve done research on the price range based on condition and walk in with full knowledge of a transaction. This is buying antiques and collectibles, it is not a clearance sale nor a bartering market in Morocco.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI bought a hydrant for 375 dollars during Covid. It was too heavy to move. No one at the shop could help me, nor did they have a lift or a hoyst dolly. So they said I could leave it there for as long as it took me to find a way to get it home. They took my number in case they needed to contact me. I also live in Healdsburg. I never did find anyone to help me, and the shop never called, so I thought it was OK to sit. Then life happened, my business shut down. I got busy. Still no phone call from the store. So recently I went into the shop asking about my hydrant, just wanting a refund since I assumed they sold it to someone else, they yelled at me, said that I forfitted my money and that they are allowed to double sell an item... I have never been treated so rudely in my whole life. They did not even offer a settlement. I will never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed. I found this place online and planned to visit on a recent business trip, in fact I was very much looking forward to it as I can rarely find time to antique when I travel and this place matches my style. I rearranged my schedule in such a way that I would arrive with ample time to shop. Only to find upon arriving that they were already gone for the day. It was 4 o clock, they weren't scheduled to close until 5:30! If you're not going to keep regular hours then don't post regular hours! By trying to make it to your establishment I passed up several other placed I could have stopped at and I wasn't able to get to Santa Rosa before those shops closed. I basically wasted my free time and it may be years until I'm in that area...
