I'm used to Lola's in Santa Rosa they are much bigger. For the small size of the Healdsburg market they had a nice selection. I head to Lola's when I want to put together some authentic Mexican cuisine that tastes much better then anything you get outside of a Mexican market. They have every piece of every farm animal and every cut you could want and half a dozen butchers back there working furiously to do it, they have different types of queso fresca ,sour creams , a deli with insane flavorful black or frijole beans or pintos just everything. marinades , wonderful sauces grilled jalapenos and onions all the little things that make a huge difference don't kid yourself real authentic Southwest and Mexican flavorful foods are made by hands with experience and Lola's has it... And all the desserts you can hope for.. it's Valentine's Day I'm going to have my girl in my pocket I make a killer masa for fresh...
