I went in last minute to get a refrigerator because mine crapped out the night before and ruined all the groceries that I had! So getting a new one was crucial that day!! So after looking at one and talking to the sales associate she informed me that they could not deliver it until Friday!! Well obviously that was not going to work for me! So after telling the sales associate that I may have to go somewhere else because I needed it immediately the store manager came out his name is Joe, and let me tell you, that man went above and beyond for me! Not only did I get a great deal on a new fridge, but Joe loaded it up right then and there and was at my house within 20 minutes! He delivered it by himself and not only did he do a great job getting it up my stairs, he also took my old (much bigger) refrigerator out to my driveway for disposal! I can't even begin to tell you just how much weight that took off my shoulders! I can honestly say without a doubt, this was my best shopping experience ever! I will continue to do business with Aarons rental from here on out! I appreciate the amount of empathy and kindness that the store associate and store manager (Joe) had shown me that day! I have been renting then buying an assortment of items. Right now I'm renting a washer and dryer, also two very nice chest off drawers. The staff is friendly and so helpful. . They go above and beyond the simple renting process. They do whatever they can to make sure you are pleased with what you have rented. The staff at the Heath store are amazon. Especially Joe. If you are unhappy with something they will do everything within their power to fix it. You can't go wrong with renting from Aaron's. KUDOS to them....
