Great service and did a lot of last minute work at hour before close. Greatly appreciated.
05/30/25: Unfortunately, updating my review. Car rides amazingly better since bringing it in.
Disappointed that I could not get a clear explanation about what work was actually completed. I understand I came in with a list of items on a used car that I wanted addressed however trying to recap all of these and get a clear explanation about what was done was near to impossible. When the tech initially discovered an oil leak, we were of the understanding that they would investigate this and address the issue or follow up with us regarding next steps. I had to go make an additional purchase on the 30th by getting an oil change done at Valvoline. They noted the oil Leak and advised us to monitor. From past experience, there could be an issue with whoever did the original or last oil change prior to this vehicle being placed for sale.
We’re assuming since we haven’t been able to get under the vehicle yet that the plastic panels that were loose that we’re holding on the air splitter have been resecured. We were told that the inner right fender cover was broken and damaged however, this appears to have been restored or at least resecured so it may have been missing clips however I don’t have A clear answer about what service was completed.
Given that my car rides better, I can pretty much guarantee that the New tires were installed along with an alignment and a balance. We had issues with some lighting related to the gearshift and the steering wheel. They said that there were no fuses that were burnt out however, there were no indications that there were any codes that were throwing, so we’re not sure what exactly was done to remedy the problem. Additionally, I asked for the window to be checked and realigned. It appears that it’s working better however no one could speak to you if this was actually completed.
Lastly, they did not give me a copy of my paperwork. They told me that this would all be emailed to me while we are here almost 24 hours later with no email so I’ve literally had to call the store every day to either follow up on something or address it. Disappointed that When we first arrived after making an appointment online, we had to wait because only one person was managing the phones in the desk. Every time I’ve called in it’s either being immediately placed on hold and I’m placed on hold for so long that it either disconnects the call or tries to dial back in and disconnect the call. When I called yesterday early in the morning, I get it. They were busy at 8 o’clock in the morning however I was promised I’d get a return phone call back 15 minutes later and I had to call back in myself two hours later. Went there, hoping that the reputation was great. It seems to be great. The reviews are great however, this wasn’t the best experience so if they are shortstaffed, I understand that, but we should still communicate with your customers.
6/11/25 edited review to one star. The store is horrible. So my rebate for my tires was denied. Invoice number is missing information. Couldn’t get a paper copy. Told to use the app. The information is wrong on the app. The reward center can’t help until the corrected information is there. Have a five digit number versus six digit number. Swindled because the signs don’t indicate that you need to use a fire stone credit card and when I was sold the tires it was a $160 back promise. That’s clearly a lie. Never offered a credit card. Way too much BS and horrible first time experience and last experience with Firestone ever. Was going to be nice and let the store reach out so we can work things out, however given that it’s such a cluster situation escalated within Firestone corporate. I still don’t know what was done with my car. When you tell me, there’s an oil leak and we talk about looking and inspecting for an oil leak and having an oil change but there’s no oil change done and I have to go to Valvoline in the next day...
Read moreNever go to this firestone. My car went into limp mode. came here to run the check engine code. randall came out to help me. the code was a jump in timing. randall then says to me he will do the work for cheap if i pay him for the parts. because the shop would cost more. so he’s saying if i take the car to him instead of actually going through firestone i can save some money. so i took him up of the opportunity. he at first seemed trustworthy i payed him for the timing chain he puts it on. then there’s a bent valve. no problem happens when the timing jumps. so i pay him for the valve and then no response for weeks. so after almost a month no contact and no car i’m getting tired of it. it’s a simple job that shouldn’t take this long. he then gives me an grocery list of excuses of why he isn’t fixing the car and why it can’t be fixed. he said that it’s an oil issue and it’s not priming oil and it’s happens all the time. ok fair enough i pay him for a new oil pump. take it this is all after 3 months and almost 1000 dollars and i still have no car. i began to press him about my car because what’s going on. he then becomes aggressive saying he’s tried all he can to get it fixed and he can definitely fix it. so i ask him if he can’t fix it by tomorrow i want it back. he didn't fix it. i then had to use one of my triple a tows to get it towed to a dealership that specializes in fiat. once i got to the car to get it towed it didn’t start it started before i dropped it off. so i get it towed and the tech at the dealership that specializes in my car said that the person fixing my car must not know very much about cars and shouldn’t have been working on it. it had only a timing issue when dropped off now it doesn’t start and has power directly to the frame and chassis of the car. most of the bolts holding things in the engine are missing and many covers and hoses and loose or missing. don’t come it this firestone only bad things and bad people come from this place. also randall needs to not work on...
Read moreFamily member took his brand new used Mustang in for day two services and evaluation. Very pleased with the service commentary and work by both the service manager and tech.
Great looking new service facility looking like one I’d have designed back when I did such things. Located next to a gas station and Panera so places to go if waiting.
Their waiting area very comfortable.
Well now a few weeks later as of 6-11-2025. The situation has now turned confusing and perhaps ugly. Unsure if all work requested was done as no work invoice seems to have been delivered at end of services.
Also the purchase of we tires was influenced by the availability of a rebate. That has been turned down. Though I said earlier the no invoice was given it appears an invoice number was. What ever the reason the rebate was tuned down due to an insufficient number of digits in the invoice number.
It also seems that the Firestone and or rebate customer service was less then customer expectations were
So in closing please take my earlier comments with wariness and let your experiences and expectations guide you. The...
