Saturday December 7th I visited your store to buy my 84 year old father a monitor. I asked the sales rep for something with a curved screen on sale, he showed me a Samsung on sale for $119. I said I would take it, he went up the roll around stairs and looked at boxes, came back down and went over to another display and brought back a box. He rang me up and said that it would be $150.00. I asked how 119 turned into 150, he said he thought I wanted the 139 monitor. I said I wanted the 119, and asked him what cables were in the box as my dad needs a display port cable. He confirmed that a dp and an hdmi was in the box...... back in Johnstown I opened the box to install the monitor, there was only an hdmi cable. My parents had to drive BACK to Heath and BUY a dp cable, I had to go home (in Greene county) so I had to explain over the phone how to install the monitor. On the way home I tried to call the store, as others on here have said, that isn't an option. I talked to the call center who PROMISED someone from the store would call back....I am STILL waiting. Nest buy = worst customer service! First an attempt to bait n switch, then a lie then a lack of communication, then another lie (that someone would call back ) I should have known better than to go to Best buy (aka worst customer service) I gave you one star because you can't mark it as ZERO STARS!

Read moreThis place... never again. Went to buy a dishwasher and had to break up the employee conversation circle to get someone to start the process. In the 15 minutes prior to getting assistance, I looked up the models and did research to determine what dishwasher I wanted while numerous employees walked past and not even offering "Someone will be with you soon". My "salesperson" should donate his commission to a worthy cause since he wasn't helpful.
Scheduling any installation is pointless. The install team comes from Columbus. We get placed on a schedule but gets changed to prevent the install team from driving all over central Ohio back and forth. They have rescheduled twice now which is incredibly helpful since I took the morning off and they wanted to reschedule to an afternoon install and vice versa today. Support local. This place sucks. Close this place down and build the biggest Rax you've seen. That would be paradise.

Read moreI purchased an asus tf700 tablet from this store because I wanted the best tablet on the market. It was horrible! I took it back and talked with Seth, the manager. He was really cool and swapped it out for the same thing because I figured it must have been a dud tablet.
The second one was just as slow as the first, would crash all the time, would not charge correctly, and the audio would stutter over a blue tooth connection. After a month I couldn't take it anymore. I brought it back and talked to Stu in Geek Squad.
Even though I was past my exchange period, Stu took care of me. He recommended the new Galaxy Note 10.1 inch tablet and allowed me to exchange my Asus for the galaxy. It runs exactly how I wanted my new tablet to work. Its butter smooth and beautiful!
The Internet is great for buying a lot of things but if you're putting a lot of money into something Best Buy is a great place to go. If you have any issues with what you buy these guys will take care of you. My confidence in Asus could be lower but my confidence in Best Buy couldn't be higher! I highly recommend the Heath, Ohio store!
