Golden Thread — Local services in Hedwig Village

So hard to get a hold of anyone. I emailed two weeks ago, did a follow up...nothing. When you try to call, no one answers and goes straight to voicemail and guess what? No one calls you back! Apparently they are busy with orders from the today show, but what about also taking care of your local Houstonians? With lack of communication, I'm deciding to take my business elsewhere. People have asked where I've gotten some cute items, but at this point with the way customer service is lacking, I won't be recommending them. You can't get an associate to pick up the phone to have a question asked about a product without it going straight to voicemail, and I for sure don't want to make a trip only to know the item is sold out. If a business is planning to expand, you either need to put in extra hours as the owner of the business or hire more staff to take care of everyone. Micro-managing doesn't work. I liked this place, but sadly, I'm out and will look for a boutique who cares about customers and...

We got my baby her first ear piercing done here at age 6months with Dr. Claire! Dr. Claire was super sweet and personable! We enjoyed the experience so much and glad we chose to do it here. Everything in the store was super cute so it was fun to look at and great photo ops! One thing I will mention is that when we booked, we wanted the needle option as it was recommended by many. Dr. Claire did use the spring gun with the earring attached as she stated that it was recommended for 18months and below. If I had know this I would’ve booked differently as we did have to move our schedule around because we thought we were booking specifically for the needle option since Dr. Claire is not always there.
