Tldr: they offer a great experience as well as quick and quality repairs.

The gremlins aka cats cracked my boyfriend’s laptop screen. We initially took the laptop to Microcenter where they held on to it for 3 weeks without any updates, only to find out the screen was out of stock and still had to pay a fee.

I found LSI computers on Lenovo’s authorized repair list. Gave them a call and they took my laptop and ordered the screen same day. Tony promised me that they could repair the laptop in 2 days.

When the two day mark hit, Tony updated me that they were shipped a cracked screen. It was really nice to be informed there was a delay and I didn’t mind. They got a second screen and fixed the laptop in less than a week.

Laptop had overheated and would no longer turn on. Found out I was out of warranty but the Lenovo rep mentioned that LSI was the Houston area depot they sent their warrantied repairs to. Decided to call and the tech there told me diagnosis was free so I figured why not take it in. I'm very glad I did because during the hourlong diagnostic process, they wound up fixing the laptop and did not charge me ANYTHING. When something goes wrong in the future, I'll definitely be taking my computer into here, couldn't be happier...
