I visited this gym in the morning at around 7am through ClassPass and it was hard to find it because the address was wrong on Google. I had to ask someone from a diner in the building where they directed me to a building across the street. The address is actually 8811 Katy Fwy. The time slot I got was 7am-9am and it’s an open gym format. No one welcomed me at the front door and it seems like the clientele are all older people (65+). The gym itself is tiny and the equipment isn’t really new but they do have a squat rack. One cable station that’s standard but every other cable station is shorter. The equipment is well-maintained and looks modern and new to me. All of the clientele that I meet are friendly. The location is convenient also.
