I go to this location every single day. A week or so ago, they messed up my friends drink so I brought it back and they replaced it, no problem. Today, they messed up her drink again (only second time this has ever happened at this location) so when I went back and explained the issue and the fact that it was for my friend, they told me at the speaker that I need to try the drink before leaving next time because last time it was my drink. When I corrected them that it was the same drink as the last time, I was lectured on how this works then told that they would go ahead and do it this time, but it's up to me to make sure it's good before driving away. I explained again that it wasn't my drink to try then pulled up. I have been going to Starbucks for 15 years and I understand fully how they operate and what their drinks should taste like. When I pulled up to the window, I was then lectured by the manager about the situation while he spoke to me like I was a child. He then continued to blame the situation on us and telling me what we need to do to change the situation. My friend has ordered this drink for 10 years. She knows what it's supposed to taste like. When I was finally handed the drink, I told the guy who originally lectured me, thank you. He proceeded to give me a smirk and close the window. I have NEVER been treated like this by any type of staff anywhere. I'm assuming it's the same crew from the first mess up considering they half remembered the issue. Read moreBeing a longtime resident of spring branch, this is my go to coffee House. At least it has been. I do not know what happened over the last 6 to 8 months, but it has gone completely downhill. The staff used to be warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Now, I would characterize them as rude, at best.

The guy who was taking our order interrupted me saying “ actually the passenger has to say the order that’s the problem.!! “. In a very rude disgusting manner. After the driver started ordering he said the order didn’t make any sense. And said it under his breath. In a very rude way. I pulled up to order at the window so that there wasn’t a misunderstanding due to the unprofessional customer service. I went to the window and a girl told me my total. So the passenger began to explain how we wanted the drink and she smirked and said that doesn’t make sense. We told her we didn’t want caffeine in it. She began to raise her voice. And she said they don’t make it with coffee. No customer service skills. Rather than trying to solve the misunderstanding and provide a solution. We explained the order exactly to the temp and the exact recipe and how to do it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional as well. We simply just wanted no caffeine and they make it a super complicated experience. This is the worst Starbucks and the manager should provide training for these employees. All these reviews will...
