Oh the home Depot... My home away from home. If I could just figure out how to get them to let me take home the houseplants that they are throwing away, my life would be complete. I'd even give a buck a piece for them if that helped. Besides the plants, we have every Ryobi tool and accessory they make (almost) and we always check to see if there is anything new. We were pretty torqued off to find out that they put a cap on our military discount at something like $350. Now for people like us who spend many tens of thousands at HD every year and have had a pro account for almost two decades, this is very very disappointing. The military discount was something that kept us at HD and not switching to Lowe's over the years. We will have to check the policies at both places now to determine what store we want to be more loyal to. Now if one or the other would send all the struggling houseplants home with me, that would easily tip the scales in their favor (hint hint).

A seller of THINGS. Lots and lots THINGS. Always a great place to go! Very helpful staff. This location also has clean bathrooms, knowledgeable staff and they are always happy to help lift THINGS. Get THINGS. Even teach you about THINGS. So, basically I am saying: if you are looking for THINGS, or need to know what to do with your current THINGS, how to fancy up your THINGS....this is the place to go to get THINGS to do things with- and to- your THINGS. It's awesome!!!! For sure, go here for THINGS. (And be sure to add this to the Designated Dump Zone list. ) PPSS: they love LOVE LOVE dogs at this place....I added pics of some of the THINGS I have bought from HD. Not the dogs tho.....those are the babies.......they 💗 HD too.

I love the employees at this store but the store looks like it’s been forgotten and definitely needs some TLC it’s in desperate need of repair and properly renewed instead of what seems to be constant “bandaids” to just temporarily fix the issues! It’s really sad to see our local store in disrepair, when I’ve recently been to butte, Missoula, and Bozeman Home Depot and they sadly make ours look like it’s forgotten and depressing! Our town is the capital city, and in my opinion this is embarrassing for one of my favorite places to shop, to be representing our home and community in the Queen City of Montana! 😢

My recent experience with Home Depot for a comprehensive home renovation project involving appliance and flooring purchases was profoundly disappointing. Despite paying over $10,000 and providing my address in-store, Home Depot attempted to deliver the purchased items to a previous resident's address, causing significant inconvenience and confusion while I was away for work.

Upon delivery, a third-party contractor, presumably hired by Home Depot, exhibited alarming incompetence and lack of professionalism. They began work without allowing me to inspect the equipment, resulting in damages to my property, including a broken security camera and water flooding the floors. Moreover, they refused to install certain appliances, citing vague policies, despite my payment for installation services.

To compound matters, the promised flooring project timeline was egregiously delayed. Initially assured of completion by May, I was informed by a subcontracted company that the project would extend into June or July, with an unexpected demand for additional fees for tile removal, contradicting the initial assessment conducted by a Home Depot representative. This was particularly frustrating as three separate contractors, whom I consulted, unanimously confirmed that the additional charge for tile removal was unwarranted, suggesting that Home Depot's insistence on this fee was discriminatory.

Frustratingly, Home Depot's response to rectify the situation was inadequate. Instead of addressing the core issues, they attempted to send another team, further eroding trust due to their mishandling of communication and project management.

The repercussions of their negligence extended beyond inconvenience; the mishandling of my refrigerator resulted in significant food spoilage and disruption to my daily life. I had to demand compensation for the losses incurred due to the subcontractor's incompetence.

In conclusion, my experience with Home Depot was a nightmare, marred by poor communication, subpar service, and unresolved issues. I have initiated requests for refunds and will not patronize their services for...

Oh man where to start. I have been a flooring contractor for 20 years. Ordered flooring for a customer was supposed to be here on the 16th never showed up. Then the 27th it was supposed to be here but yet again When I called about my missing flooring home Depot they told me I had to call the shipping company in Georgia. So I call them they said they shipped it to another company that delivered in our area. So I call the next company. They tell me that it's should be with a different shipping company that delivers locally. Well when I call them they have an order number and say it hasn't been delivered to them yet. So I called home Depot and asked them to find the product that the sold me that is now two weeks late. They tell me they will call the shipping company and find it. Well when they called back they tell me it's been shipped to the wrong residential address here. Well they just flat out lied to me definitely didn't call ALL three shipping companies to find my carpet. Then they magically have it in stock and can cut it and delivered the next day.. then they call back and say they can't even do that for another week. Like man get it together worst experience with Home Depot I have ever had and I have spent a lot of money there in 20 yrs. Definitely lost a loyal customer.

You know I probably wouldn't be so upset is I wasn't flat out lied to....

I had a terrible experience. I went in the store and purchased a Grill on Friday May23. I was told to return Saturday at 1:00 to pick it up and it would be assembled. I arrive at 1:00 with the paper work. I asked several employees where I needed to go to pick it up. The service desk made a call and told us to go down by the door and they would bring it out to us. After waiting for 30 minutes nobody shows up. Again we try to find someone that knows something about it.Finally someone named David said he would try to help us. He called someone but they didn't know either. So David stops another employee and asks him if he could put one together. He says sure ,and come back in forty minutes. So we return and it is not assembled. They said come back in 30 mins. again. We again return at 6:00 thinking for sure it would be ready. We arrive and nobody knows anything about it.They don't see a grill assembled anywhere. The day shift had left without assembling the grill and no message to let us know what was going on. We spent the entire afternoon of our day off trying to get a grill that had been bought the day before and left with no grill. We had plans for a holiday meal with the grill. That was my only day off of the weekend. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. The store is extremely disorganized...
