Went in to grab cigars for my cousins birthday and we both ended up getting disposable vapes, I took mine out of the packaging and it just blinked like the battery was dead, his hit about 5 times and then did the exact same thing, immediately walked straight back into the store and the clerk said he can’t exchange them for new ones without a manager. Very bad policy that you need a manager to replace something or give a refund that I bought 2 minutes before and is sitting on the counter. Love this place... The weekday staff is great, but this evening walked in at 9PM and none of the 3 people in there, including the cashier, were wearing masks (cashier had it around her chin), and one of the patrons, who appeared to be just hanging out and not shopping, heckled me for wearing a face covering. Good customer service for the most part. There's one or two staff that need some training in that area, but even they treat you decent.

Great little shop with local feel, good ownership. He's there every day, remembers your name and brand, and treats ya right.
