I WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR A LATTE.

It’s evident there is a lack of training in place. There were FOUR people working behind the counter. My order number was 68. There was a family with 2 young boys who’s order #58 hadn’t come out yet. The dad inquired and the boy wearing eyeliner with the shoulder length-curly auburn hair looked confused. Apparently, the he and another girl were BOTH making order #61 and skipped #58. They sent out 3 more orders and the mom came up to ask where their food was. They had two very young boys who were getting impatient but were fairly well-behaved given the circumstances. When they finally sent out 61, 62, 63, 64….. the young man wearing the eyeliner called out #58 and got really snotty. He threw his hands in the air and yelled “WELL I HOPE YOU COME BACK” and then threw a crumpled up receipt. 😬😬😬 Very unprofessional. The young girl working the register jumped off and started helping them get caught up. But because of that, there was a growing line of people going out the door for 15 minutes without being acknowledged.

I believe the issue was the young man wearing eyeliner he didn’t seem to know what he was doing and spent so much time just reading the tickets. It threw off the whole flow.

Another girl made herself a sandwich and went on break leaving the other three swamped.

I thought 20 minutes would be plenty of time to grab a coffee. But clearly not.

Needs to train the staff better and create an assembly line. They were reaching over each other and bumping into each other. Slow. Inefficient....

My tuna sandwich on a bagel came with nothing that I ordered was extremely thin also it included mustard which I didn't order and I had asked not to have on there My fiance's BLT had almost nothing on it even though we had ordered extra bacon The house salad which evidently isn't on their menu in the store but on the menu online evidently frustrated the lady enough to where she barely threw any salad in the bowl and only two toppings on it when I had ordered almost everything adding extra ham cucumbers green peppers extra ranch bacon bagel crumb cheese. But what it came with was a very small handful of lettuce a few cucumbers and some ranch. The person who made my plate as lucky that I don't have their name because I would request them to be reprimanded for poor customer service as well as a lack of care and preparing another person's food. If it were my business I would have fired her immediately. My order came out to $35. I basically paid somebody to slap together some really thin sandwiches Then mess up a salad and treat this customer like he means nothing. I would recommend that nobody eats here ever unless they don't mind throwing money at somebody who's going to treat them like they are garbage. But at least they made it right by refunding...

This review is for the bagel company on 11th Ave in Helena. I came to the bagel company today for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Let me first say that it was hidden behind a tree and I had never even seen it before. I had a gift card to spend and I was ready to get some bagels for my family.

So I explained I had never been there before and I was choosing bagels and adding everything up to equal the gift card value, and then I experienced the MOST amazing kindness from Kenzie, one of the girls behind the counter.

When I finished, she said the total was $30.95, and I said oh no, the card was only for $25, and Kenzie said "Don't worry, I can take care of the difference", and I thought wow cool, she'll adjust the price or whatever, and I went to get some water. When I turned around I saw her pull her own card from her purse and stick it in the card machine to pay the additional $5.95!!!

So I was like OMG! I didn't want you to pay for part of my purchase!! So I gave her some cash, but I was absolutely blown away by her kindness towards me by being willing to cover nearly $6 of my purchase! It was truly amazing and unbelievable, and Kenzie went above and beyond and she deserves recognition and...
