I sent you Mattress Warehouse with a friend just to look around. We were greeted by Regis wearing a HUGE smile. He explained to us about the bedmatch technology they use which separates them from all the other mattress companies around that shows you what beds will give you your best night's sleep and let me tell you, IT WORKS! Regis showed me 4 different beds all the while making me feel more like a family member than a customer. He never pressured me and explained the benefits of each bed allowing me to lay on them for as long as I wanted. We decided on a Chadwick Manor full size bes and even showed me how an adjustable base will help me with my sleep apnea so i went with that as well. They even offer same as cash financing which is fantastic! I have recommended my friends and family go there and see Regis when they need a new mattress because it was the best shopping experience I have had I YEARS. The man who helped us was very nice, but who made our experience so unbelievably uncomfortable was whoever else was working there with him, maybe a manager of some sort. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time ever looking at mattresses and by the end of our experience this man told us that, “Well it looks like we have nothing for you because you two can’t compromise on anything” how absolutely rude, ignorant and disrespectful. I will never be back again to shop at this store and I feel bad for the employees who have to work there with that man. I suggest for everyone to stay away from this store. This guy was also bald and had weird hair growing from the sides if that helps identify who he was. Very rude. This is my third mattress from them and Josh went above and beyond to accommodate me and be completely sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. The first mattress was too soft and was easily exchanged for a more firm model. That one, however sagged prematurely and that's when Josh jumped into action. He not only made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and pleased with my purchase, but he also put my son into a phenominal deal on a king size set. Even down to delivery day, he jumped through a few hoops to make sure his mattress set was attainable the day the email said it was on backorder for a month!
