Me and my fiancee went to taco bell today for lunch, the lady that took our order barely knew how to use the computer to get the order how we wanted it. Then the older gentleman behind me orders two soft tacos and a bean burrito. She tried telling him that it came to 7 dollars. The tacos are 1.29 and the bean burrito is a dollar, he didn't order a drink or anything. When he asked the lady why it was 7 dollars she kept rolling her yes at him and throwing her hands around like she was right and the guy was just being difficult. Then the next lady orders her food, and in the 20 minutes it took us to get our food we were all talking about the poor service the how dirty it was there. The lady tried talking to the manager about brittany, the cashier who was being rude to the customers. The lady demanded a refund, Brittany came storming over yelling at the lady saying she wasn't being rude. The manager threatened to call the police because the customer took her refund receipt. It's her receipt she can keep it! The customer left after she had her money back. The gentleman whom she was rude to also left. Then comes the next customer, the manager was working the cash register this time, things should be better right? No! She was talking on her cell phone while taking his order. Most places won't even help you if your on your phone, here the manager was talking on it while assisting customers. I work in sales at a car dealership and know that none of what took place there today would fly in our workplace. I understand that it's a fast food joint but customer service is why people go to places. Someone needs to have am intervention with all of the employees there. We could here them complaining about the situation the entire time we were there eating. I will not be coming back to...
Read moreI went in to taco bell.at Greensburg Pennsylvania to order cinnamon balls and while I was waiting on the girl that took me up there was doing an interview and had her interview and was set in the car as I was waiting on my boss I ordered just go could take home with me. The one lady there asked me what I just ordered a taco bowl, and I told her I didn't like what was put in it. And she said, well, you can have a made any way you like them. And I told her, I just don't like everything at taco bell, except the talk of bowls, without their cocky stuff in their cinnamon balls, rose vows, whatever they are. After I said that the manager went outside, asked my son to come in and take me out of taco bell.. There were no people in their eating only people in their was employees so wasn't like I was speaking badly while people were there about their food. It's called freedom of speech, and she had no reason to go out and get my son to have me, escorted out of taco bell. So from now on, I won't eat anything there. They need to close down that taco bell and not reopening, because almost everybody who works up there, do not treat their employees or the people ordering food with respect. Your name...
Read moreI am only rating this establishment one star in order to leave this review. The management is taking peoples change without consent from customers. This has happened to my family unit twice and we finally decided to reach out to possibly resolve this issues as this action is not posted anywhere on this establishment that if you pay cash they will round up your change. We were willing to give several options (not one of which requested free food from here) in order to resolve our problem and we were told there was absolutley NOTHING we can do about this. Now, mind you, the change is not the problem here but the principal of the matter. If they have 200 customers paying cash and they "round up" their change without them knowing or CARING what the customer thinks, someone is walking away with a significant amount of money in their pocket at the end of the night. I know this is not normal as I havent experienced this anywhere else. I was refused a store number or a corporate office number so this public notice seems to be the only way to warm other customers bc resolving this issue...
