Target — Local services in Hempfield Township

Very unhappy. I did my first in store pickup today and I will not be doing it ever again. I drove to the location my order was to be at and when I opened the app it shows my order is at a different location. So I called the store where the app showed my items were and they confirmed they were there. I asked them how this happened and she said they will switch your pickup location if items you order are out of stock but they normally contact you through phone or email. They never contacted me by either. The store employee said that this has been happening to a lot customers lately. She told me I needed to call there 1800 number to file a complaint and request a refund. After being disconnected once and 3 customer service members later they finally cancelled my order and issued me a refund. I was told I could reorder it again and that I would never have to worry about this again. That is not going to happen I wasted enough time and money (driving to the store and dealing with there employees ) I’m not going to take that chance again. I was shocked they never offer me anything for there error. I kinda thought they would have at least offered to ship the item to me at there expense but they said all the can do is reassure me this will never happen again. The first thing i noticed when enering store was the horrible condition of the shopping carts ..went through 3 of them before i found one that the wheels turned because of rust and wheel damage...bad, bad,bad ..then so much stocking going on ,i could barely get tin isles and out...bad,bad,bad..then when checking out they wanted me to use self checkout..you got to be kidding ! Manager said alot of emplyees arent trained on register !Hey Target neither am I..!Get your act together Target! I spend alot of money in your store and i am not checking myself out! Unless you give me a discount at self chekout,which your not going to do so i will make them open an isle with an employee..Next thing is you will want me to go clean up bathrooms..get a grip Target! Walmart is' nt looking so bad anymore cause you really dont expect anything more from...

I travel frequently but the Greensburg PA Target is close to my home. No one at this store wants to help a customer. Fran was my cashier the last time. I was having problems with getting the discounts and using the app. Instead of helping me she said in a snippy tone “I have never had that problem”. Fortunately another customer stepped in and helped me. I just needed to enter my phone number to receive most of the discounts. Train your cashier to help the customer and not snip at them. I still did not receive all the discounts. Target! please make it easier for costumers to receive discounts. The Greensburg PA store is horrible. Find another target to make your purchases. Also, I had over $300 worth of merchandise in my cart. I am not happy about the discounts I did...
