My brother in law wanted to eat here in celebration of his high school graduation. Upon arrival the restaurant was very slow with only 3 or 4 tables occupied. We ended up waiting for almost an hour for our food. When it came nearly everything was cold. The French fries were terrible and my boneless wings resembled some cheap microwavable wings you would find at a discount grocer in a bag. They were cold, mushy, and not very tasty. The BBQ sauce on them was awful. The waitress put in the wrong order for my wife. My wife ordered a small order of traditional wings. The waitress brought her chicken tenders. When the waitress came out to explain she lied and said they accidentally put in an order for boneless instead of traditional wings and that it would be just over five minutes until the new batch was done.
The one question on everyone's mind was if it is only going to take just over five minutes to cook a new batch of wings, why did it take almost an hour for our food to come out in the first place in a virtually empty restaurant? It quickly became apparent that were were simply forgotten about and our food sat already prepared in the kitchen and got cold and soggy. The waitress was more interested in cleaning up and talking. The manager came out to ask us about our experience and when we told him that the food was cold and how long it took us to be served, he simply said "It will be four more minutes on the wings and I'll refill your drinks." If he knew how much longer a batch of wings was going to take shouldn't he have known about the food sitting there for who knows how long getting cold and soggy? He refilled our drinks since the waitress never asked most of us and surprisingly, he never apologized for our experience. The waitress offered a half hearted apology when she brought back my wife's food but you could tell it was only because he yelled at her in the back. There was no offer for a discount, no real apology, no asking us to return or anything. I've been in situations where staff will screw up but they own up to it and discount your food and apologize. Everyone makes mistakes or has a bad night but at least own up to it and make it right with your customers. I've messed up plenty of times with customers my former job but I always owned up to it and made things right with my customer. But not here. Once she brought us the bill, it took her another 20 minutes to come back to collect them. We were there for two hours just for dinner. Not a good experience. And definitely not a good meal.
I can say that I will never return to this location. My wife and I visited another location during March madness and the place was packed to the gills with customers. It was so busy We had to wait ten minutes to be seated. We ordered wings and they were out in 15 minutes maximum. They were hot, crispy, and very very flavorful! Huge difference. Avoid this restaurant...
Read moreI ordered food from here on a Tuesday (which is there buy one? Get one half off or buy one. Get one free for the regular wings day). I had a six free wings coupon for my birthday which was a couple days ago and I used that on my online order And submitted it. I then made another order with a buy one. Get one free offer that I had for six wings traditional and get six free. I submitted that order (tipped 2$). And then I had points on my account for a free potato wedge. I ordered that one so I technically had three separate orders. I'm just being an open book and explaining how my order went. If they didn't allow this or didn't want people to put in multiple orders, then they wouldn't allow the same account to start another order before picking one up.... The app allowed me to do so so I went ahead and separated them in order to use all promotions available, saving me probably 10 bucks or more... Anyways, fast forward to the meal now. My girlfriend and I opened the Three different boxes with six wings each, and every Wing was the saddest smallest. Driest Wing I had ever gotten from Buffalo wild wings, and I've been going there since 2002 in high school. Not sure if it was a coincidence or it was the kitchen workers mad that I placed three separate orders. Regardless, the food was not appetizing and I will not be returning to this location Ps. I forgot to mention that we got zero napkins and zero hand wet wipes. Once again, the first time I've ever been to Buffalo wild wings where they don't give you these two pretty essential things for eating chicken wings.... You guys be the judge. Was I in the wrong for ordering three different orders to save 10 bucks? Or were they in the wrong for treating me like I didn't still spend $15...
