Walked in to buy gender reveal smoke sticks. Not a person in sight when I walked in. There are so many signs I could not possibly read them all and saw what I needed and walked over. I have never been in a fireworks store and didn't know I needed to stop for an ID check. As I went to check out, one staff member walked over to the front check in desk I assume, and just stood there. Did not say a word to me, clueless of what was going on, I asked do you want me to check out over there or where the light is on here. Extremely rude and aggressive, I was told to put my stuff done and go get my id checked, again confused, I asked what and was told again. I walked over and he would not talk to me. Took my stuff showed me where to sign and walked away. Again I asked do I leave the paper here or take it with me, he continued to be rude and said to bring it with me. As I walked in I was told everything was 25% off, I asked if that counted with the egift card b1g2, and was told yes. I also asked about the 50% first responders discount and was told whatever was left after the 600 gift card amount could be discounted. While I was checking out the brunette who was working was very rude to myself and newer associate checking me out. What a bad experience. We were so excited. The store is huge and makes quite an impression. The problem was the staff. We had to sign a waiver to walk through the store. We'd never been in a store like this so when we asked questions he didn't really explain or answer. Then at the checkout his behavior was off also.
